I have lived with mental health issues for most of my life. Some disorders are new and others are old friends. They have shaped me as a person and sometimes I take myself off and look at who I would be if I didn’t have them or better, if I treated them. I’m talking about the things I wouldn’t and would do if I didn’t have them anymore.
